The city is split into five districts. You start in The Flats, and each district opens up as you level. Drug prices, land and homes are different in every one.
The Flats
Where everybody starts. Cheap rent, cheaper lives, and a corner store that's been robbed so often it has a loyalty card for it.
Where everybody starts · bus fare $500 · about 10 minutes by bus
Harbor Row
Container yards, fish markets and night shifts. Half of what comes off the boats never makes it onto a manifest.
Opens at level 5 · bus fare $2,500 · about 20 minutes by bus
Neon Mile
Clubs, casinos and a thousand signs that never switch off. Everyone here is selling something, usually themselves.
Opens at level 10 · bus fare $10,000 · about 30 minutes by bus
Uptown
Doormen, private elevators and money so old it's forgotten where it came from. The police up here work for the residents.
Opens at level 20 · bus fare $30,000 · about 45 minutes by bus
The Heights
A gated ridge above the city. If you live here, you don't commit crimes. You approve them.
Opens at level 35 · bus fare $35,000 · about 60 minutes by bus
Cars and jets
Your own ride makes trips faster and holds more product. The cars are sold in Harbor Row, the jets in The Heights.
