TBGS
Text Based Game Script
TBGS is a new engine for text based games, and it's the engine under Mobster Story. The streets, the jobs and the guns are the game. The clock, the economy, the fights and the tools that keep it all fair are the engine.

How it works
A world that keeps moving
Markets, crops, heat and health keep changing whether or not anyone is online. Come back after a day away and the city has moved on without you.
Fair by design
Every action is checked and settled on the server. Money and items can't be copied, raced or rewound, however fast someone clicks.
Tuned before it ships
New features are played out many times over before players see them, so prices, rewards and fights stay balanced as the game grows.
Built to grow
The game sits on top of the engine. New places, jobs, items and seasons can be added without rebuilding what is already there.
Moderation and staff tools
Staff have a full control panel, a record of every change they make, and chat that screens messages before anyone sees them.
Light to run
It runs on ordinary web hosting and keeps pages quick, on a phone or a desktop.
